Yes there are some after conversion tasks to do as well. I'd advise against acronis true image for anything as they require a sign up to use and limit you if you don't pay something like 20 a month or something, I used Terabyte's own software and it had a convert to VHD option which worked perfectly. Thanks for your help, this solution works but I hope find another solution without installtion on server.
